The “Q” system allows customers to be called forward to the relevant position using the Sec2 call management system. It can be used as a standalone system or can be easily integrated into a speech transfer system providing a One-Stop communication solution. Each position is separate but controlled by one central unit which means that in the unlikely event that one position has a fault it does not affect the other positions. There are no computers to programme or control the call management so the AP-011Q truly is an affordable solution giving high quality results!
